My beginnings were here in Utah Valley and I attended BYU to earn B.S. and M.Ed. degrees. I married and had five children. I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently serve in primary. In earlier years I taught students in special education in Jordan and Provo School Districts. I gained experience in both mild/moderate and severe settings in elementary schools and high school. For the past twenty years I have taught special education courses at BYU and supervised students in clinical experiences. Learning and teaching make me happy. Other hobbies include reading, sports, enjoying animals, traveling, and spending time with my family.
